Correction Process Summary

  1.  [Optional] Correct the existing Web Form and Download the updated version (only required when adding signatories)
  2.  Create a new Web Filing Form Declaration
  3.  Edit the form as a corrective declaration
  4.  [Optional] Attach the corrected Web Form to the Form Declaration, if applicable (if step 1 was observed)
  5.  Add the corrective declaration text
  6.  E-Sign and Download the Form Declaration
  7. Upload and Submit in EFS

Web filing corrections may apply to typographical errors, request for the 'wet ink' version of the applications and defects, among other things. Refer here for guidance to create a Web Filing Form Declaration

         General Scenario


The web filing package status is displayed or a notification is received for the package

Web Filing Package Status

Notifications will be received in the myLTSA Inbox

Click the Notifications link on the side bar navigation to open your myLTSA Inbox and view the package notification

Locate and navigate to your web filing package


Create a new Web Filing Form Declaration


Edit the form as a corrective declaration


Have the Corrective Declaration form e-signed


Download the completed Corrective Declaration. See here for downloading web filing forms


The Corrective Declaration can then be uploaded on the EFS package. See Corrective Declarations


Scenario requiring additional signatures


On the Actions button select Start Correction

The Start Correction option to correct an application is only available for forms requiring it 


Perform the necessary correction(s)


The corrected web form(s) can now be downloaded then attached to a Corrective Declaration that has to be completed and e-signed


The Corrective Declaration can then be uploaded on the EFS package. See Corrective Declarations
