Steps to Receive Forms for Submission

  • Receive the email from the other party (or parties) with the downloaded zip file attached
  • Extract the contents of the zip file (PDF forms) into a folder within your own computer
  • Manually create the EFS package for the Land Title Office
  • Upload the extracted web filing PDF forms to the EFS package

 

Steps to Create Forms to Send Off

  • Create the forms in a web filing package
  • Download the forms of the web filing package
  • Email the downloaded zip file of the web filing forms to the other party

 

Perform the steps below after the web filing forms are E-signed

Receive Forms to Submit

A ZIP file is an archive (compressed) file format that contain one or more files. ZIP files can natively be opened on Microsoft Windows 10 or by using file archiver software like WinZip or 7-zip


Receive the email from the other party (or parties) with the downloaded zip file attached


Extract the contents of the zip file (PDF forms) into a folder within your own computer (Microsoft Windows 10 process shown)


Create the a package for the Land Title Office


Upload the extracted web filing PDF forms to the EFS package

 


Create Forms to Send Off


Create the forms in a web filing package


Download the forms of the web filing package using the Manage Package button link

On the Package page click the Manage Package drop down menu and select Download Package to initiate the download

On the Download Package page all web forms are preselected (default). As an option, select specific web forms then click Download

The Package Info PDF file is not necessary for downloading. The file contains details of the package name, submission office, package description, package ID, package creator, status and download request date

A confirmation message appears and a copy of the web filing form(s) is (are) sent to the myLTSA Inbox


Open the email from the myLTSA Inbox and click the word link 

The download process of the ZIP file will initiate on your browser. If you can't find the file you may refer to the links below to check your download settings

You browser settings may be managed by your IT Support. Contact your IT Support to make specific alterations on your browser download settings
