ParcelMap BC Data Products are available via four channels:
- ParcelMap Direct Service
- Integrated Cadastral Information Society (ICIS) - GeoShare
- PMBC Surveyor Search and Download Service
- Open Government licensed view of ParcelMap BC
The Province-wide Parcel Snapshot Product is available from ParcelMap Direct, the ICI Society Data Catalog or via the Open Government licensed view of ParcelMap BC.
The Parcel Fabric Extract Product is available through the ParcelMap BC Surveyor Search and Download Service, Integrated CadastraI Information Society (ICIS) GeoShare and ParcelMap Direct.
The Fabric Spatial Improvements Product and the Real-World Changes Product are available via ParcelMap Direct and from the Integrated CadastraI Information Society (ICIS) GeoShare.

Provides a standardized snapshot - refreshed weekly - of the ParcelMap BC parcel fabric for the entire province including the most used related data entities. |
| Parcel Fabric Extract |
The Parcel Fabric Extract includes the fully attributed data model for all parcels and related entities available in the ParcelMap BC parcel fabric. This product is requested “on-demand” from the ParcelMap BC published data model through the ParcelMap Direct service. The Real-World Changes and Fabric Spatial Improvements products can be requested at the same time as and used with the Parcel Fabric Extract product to represent temporal changes. The Parcel Fabric Extract Product is accessible via the Surveyor Download (GIS Product) service. |

| Real-World Changes |
The Real-World Changes product includes changes that are material in affecting the representation of a parcel in ParcelMap BC, including any change in attribution that changes representation of a parcel (class, status, name, legal description, legal dates, etc.) in addition to any "on the ground" geometry changes that affect a parcel (subdividing, merging, new parcel, etc.). This product includes all parcel additions, deletions, and attribute changes for the selected area of interest and for the requested time to the current published time. This product is requested “on-demand” from the ParcelMap BC published data model through the ParcelMap Direct service. |

| Fabric Spatial Improvements |
The Fabric Spatial Improvements product includes vectors (directional line features) that reflect the change of parcel point locations as a result of improvements in positional accuracy during a selected period of time. The change vectors are provided as two-point line features with a from coordinate and to coordinate (X1,Y1 & X2,Y2). This product is requested “on-demand” from the ParcelMap BC published data model through the ParcelMap Direct service. |
