ParcelMap BC Search services allow you to display data collected by the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) over a variety of base maps.

The application may also use information and services that are collected by other organizations under arrangements that permit its use in Parcel Information Search Services as described below.

Search Services

Search Parcels by Civic Address is provided by a service hosted by DataBC and powered by data products supplied by BC Assessment.

Locate Services

Locate by Place Name is provided by a service hosted by DataBC on behalf of the BC Geographical Names Office. Information on this service is available at BC Geographical Names Search service.

Locate by Address is provided by a service hosted by DataBC. Information on this service is available at BC Physical Address Geocoder which includes a list acknowledging current data contributors to the service.

Base Maps

BC Provincial base map is a service provided by DataBC. Information on this service is available here. 

Canada Topographic base map is a service provided by Esri Canada. Information on this service is available here.

Imagery base map is a service provided by Esri Inc. Information on this service is available at ArcGIS Online World Imagery service including a list of contributors which includes imagery currency and accuracy information.

Operational Layers in the Map

Attribute information (identifying information about parcels) is sourced from the LTSA's land title records, the Province's Crown land registry system (TANTALIS), and BC Assessment.

Indian Reserves and National Parks layers are sourced from the Canada Lands Surveys branch of Natural Resources Canada and contain information licensed under the Open Government Licence – Canada.

Map layers included as Crown Layers and as Administrative Boundaries (other than Indian Reserves and National Parks) are sourced from the BC Geographic Data Warehouse managed by DataBC. Information on these data sources can be found by searching the BC Data Catalogue.
