Review and edit your web filing form prior to E-signing
Completion of the draft web filing form is conveyed through an email message from the legal support staff
Open the email message from the legal support staff then click the included link
The link will take you to the myLTSA login page. Enter your login credentials (username, password) on the fields and logon
The Edit Application page will display at the Web Filing Form section. Scroll down to the E-Sign section, select you digital certificate (defaulted if only one present), enter your digital certificate password, check the box to agree with the certification statement and click E-sign
A success message displays confirming the completion of the E-signing process. The web filing form status is now E-Signed. Visual verification can be viewed on the Electronic Signature section of the web filing form
Once the web filing form is electronically signed, it cannot be modified in any way without invalidating the electronic signature
To E-Sign the succeeding web filing forms click E-Sign Next Application: Application Name
