Land title electronic form templates should not be modified even if technically possible using Adobe Acrobat editing tools.
Any modifications to the text of the forms or addition of document comments, watermarks, headers and footers, signature boxes, annotations, or any other changes will cause EFS to reject the file or accept the file with errors which may result in missing information or a Notice Declining to Register.
