Registered titles, State of Title Certificates, common property records, plan images, documents and Land Owner Transparency Registry (LOTR) public search are all available using myLTSA Explorer.
Land Owner Transparency Registry (LOTR) public search information is limited to what is outlined here from the Land Transparency website
You can search by Parcel Identifier (PID) or title number to find and retrieve titles, plans and State of Title Certificates. You can also search by document or plan number to find and retrieve documents and plans.
Once you have conducted a search, available titles, State of Title Certificates, plan images, document images and common property records (if applicable) can be selected for ordering.
Common property records are ordered at no cost.
You can also search the Land Owner Transparency Registry (LOTR) or use ParcelMap BC to locate one or more parcels and view its details.
Your myLTSA Explorer account allows you to order up to 40 registered titles, State of Title Certificates, plans and documents each year. Your account is annually reset to the maximum order limit of 40. The annual year (12-month period) is calculated beginning on the date of the registration of your account.
Historical titles are not available for order using myLTSA Explorer. Methods of title searching--other than by PID and title number--such as owner name, short legal or charge are not available. If you require the above, or require more than 40 items annually, you may consider registering for a myLTSA Enterprise account.
