All items ordered through myLTSA are always delivered to your myLTSA Inbox and will be sent to specified email addresses if you have chosen to set up automatic forwarding.

Using the myLTSA Inbox

Manage Inbox Items

Access, open, retrieve, forward and delete items in your myLTSA Inbox.

Inbox Retention

The retention period begins when the item has been delivered to your myLTSA Inbox. The item is removed from your Inbox once the retention period has expired.

Forwarding Options

Automatic forwarding provides an optional, alternative delivery method to deliver Inbox items.

Search Inbox Items

Enter the appropriate search criteria to view your orders and items ordered by others in your organization.
