Forms that can be signed with a Member Credential during the pilot

During the pilot program, only certain Web Filing forms will be available to e-sign with a Member Credential.

The Electronic Filing System (EFS) won’t accept any uploaded forms that were signed using a Member Credential. If a package has been withdrawn and needs to be resubmitted, the forms will need to be edited first

The following Web Filing forms will be available for e-signing using a Member Credential during the pilot. 

Form C

  • Release
  • Charge
  • Charge priority agreement 

Form 17

  • Cancel Charge or Notation
  • Charge or Notation
  • Fee Simple

Local Government Filing

Form B

Form A

Declaration

Claim of Builders Lien

Strata Property Act Filing

Power of Attorney

Revoke Power of Attorney

Change of Address

Affidavit of Execution by Individual

 

The following Web Filing forms will not be included during the pilot program for e-signing using your Member Credential.

Property Transfer Tax

Declaration (Corrective)

 

PDF forms that require  the use of Adobe Acrobat, such as the EFS PDF Forms downloaded from the LTSA site will not be included in the Member Credential pilot program.

This includes:

EFS Declaration

Property Transfer Tax Electronic Payment Authorization for Business

LTO Application to Deposit Plan

LTO Survey Plan Certification

 

Forms on the Land Owner Transparency Registry, as well as forms on SurveyHub will also not be included in the Member Credential pilot program.
