Interface overview
After successfully creating an account, you can access BC Property Connect by signing in.
On Your Property page you will see the property card at the top which contains the civic address of the property, connection status badge, and parcel identifier (PID).
The property card shows the information of your property Below this section, you will see a set of tabs (Overview, Alerts, Credential, and Resources) that may vary depending on your property connection status.
A set of tabs under the property card Under the Overview tab, you will find frequently asked questions about BC Property Connect. Select the arrow beside any question to expand it and view the corresponding answer.
The FAQs section contains a list of the frequently asked questions and answers In the side menu, you will find links to various LTSA services. Below these links, contact information for LTSA Customer Support is provided.
