Interface overview
After you successfully creating an account, you will be able to access BC Property Connect by signing into your account.
On this page you will see the property card at the top which contains the civic address of the property, connection status badge, and parcel identifier (PID).
The property card shows the information of your property Below this section, you will see a set of tabs (Overview, Alerts, and Resources) that vary depending on your property connection status.
A set of tabs under the property card Under the Overview tab, you will find frequently asked questions about BC Property Connect. Select the arrow beside any question to expand it and view the corresponding answer.
