BC Property Connect is currently available to private residential properties in British Columbia owned by up to two owners within a single ownership group.
What is BC Property Connect?
BC Property Connect is a new LTSA service that allows property owners to create a secure, digital connection between themselves and their property. Creating an account will help you stay up-to-date, act quickly, and make more informed decisions that support your property needs.
Who is eligible to sign up?
To create a BC Property Connect account, you must meet all the following requirements:
- Own at least one eligible private residential property in British Columbia:
- the property must have no more than two owners listed on title within a single ownership group
- the property must be owned by individuals (Properties owned by a corporation, held in trust, owned by an estate, or leasehold properties are not currently eligible)
- Have a verified BC Services Card Account
- Have the BC Services Card app installed on your mobile device
