What is Available to Search
Registered titles, State of Title Certificates, common property records and plan images are available using myLTSA Explorer.
Search Titles and Plans
Registered titles and State of Title Certificates are available for order using myLTSA Explorer. Plans may be selected for order if available with the title.
Search Common Property
If the title you are searching has common property, you can also search for charges and legal notations affecting the common property. There is no charge for the common property record.
Search Documents and Plans
You can now search for documents and plans using myLTSA Explorer.
