Click the link in the email sent to you.
Enter the username and password you specified during account registration. To login using the BC Services Card app, see BC Services Card Login.
Your password must be at least 8 characters and contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a symbol and a number.
On the multi-factor authentication page, enter the code sent to the authentication method (email, sms text, authentication app) you chose. The sample below uses sms text as the authentication method.
For the Trusted Device pop-up, select Yes to allow our system to verify your identity less often when signing in with a trusted device.
