All User Administrators can view the LTSA Account Inbox for any user in their LTSA Enterprise customer account.
From Account Management, click the Users tab
Find the user in the user list
In the View Inbox column, click the View Inbox icon in the row of the user whose LTSA Account Inbox you wish to view
The user's LTSA Account Inbox will open in a new browser window. In the breadcrumb you will see, the user's name and will be able to navigate the inbox. See Manage Inbox Items.
To return to Account Management, close or minimize the LTSA Inbox and go back to your original browser window
