After adding a Development, the View Developments page will be the landing page instead of the initial welcome page. You can View Developments and Add Developments.

View Developments


From any page of the LTSA's Electronic Services, rollover Submissions and click Condo and Strata Assignments.

If the filing window is currently open, the Report Status will show as Filing Required.


When viewing your Developments page, you will see the following information:

  • Development: The name of the strata development.
  • Developer: The name(s) of the developer.
  • Location: The municipality of the strata development.
  • # of assignments: The number of assignments in the current reporting period.
  • Assignment Info: Confirms whether all mandatory fields are Incomplete or Complete. This does not guarantee the accuracy of the information.
  • Reporting Stage:
    • Initial: a development which the strata plan has not yet been deposited with the land title office.
    • Deposit: the strata plan has been deposited with the land title office.
    • Subsequent: a quarterly filing after the deposit reporting stage and ending on December 31.
    • Annual: each calendar year after the subsequent period; it ends either when  a final report is filed or at the end of the 6th year of reporting.
    • Complete: after the final report has been filed, reporting is complete. 
  • Report Status:
    • Filing Required
      • (Orange) - An assignment report for this development must be filed when the filing window is open.
      • (Red) - The filing window is now open.  From the Assignments page, the banner will be orange when the filing window is open.  You have the first 30 days of the month to file your assignment report.
    • Report Filed
      • (Green) - Reporting requirements have been met for this development for the previous reporting period. A new reporting period is available immediately after filing.
      • (Gray) - The final report has been filed for this development and no further reporting will be required.
    • Not Filed
      • (Red) - The assignment report for the reporting period was missed and will need to be filed when the next filing window is available.  The reporting period will be noted along with the Not Filed status.
  • Action: Options include: File Report, View Assignments, Add Assignment, Edit or Delete Development.
    • If the option is greyed out, this indicates that the option is not available at that time.
    • You can only file a report when the filing window is open.
    • You can only delete a Development prior to the first filing.

If the Report Status is Filing Required, you will need to file prior to the filing window closing.

All fields are mandatory, unless specified. If you don't have the information at this moment, you will still be able to save your development. All mandatory fields will need to be completed at the time of filing.

Add Developments


From any page of the LTSA's Electronic Services, rollover Submissions and click Condo and Strata Assignments.


Click Add Development


Enter the details for the Development.


Enter the details for the Developer.

All fields are mandatory, unless specified. If you don't have the information at this moment, you will still be able to save your development.


Click Continue.
