To submit a Transparency Declaration:
A transparency declaration is required when an application is made to register an interest in land as defined in LOTA.
- From any page of LTSA's Electronic Filing Service, rollover Submissions and click Land Owner Transparency Registry
- Click + Create Transparency Declaration
- Enter the details for the transferee
- Enter certifier information
- Have the certifier 'wet-ink' sign the execution copy or sign using a digital signature acceptable to the designate
- E-Sign the form using a Juricert Digital Certificate and pay the filing fee
- Note the transparency declaration ID
