To check the status of Scan on Demand orders.


From any page of the LTSA's Electronic Services, rollover Other Requests and click View Order Status


Click the Land Title Scan on Demand tab or Surveyor General Scan on Demand tab as applicable.

View Scan on Demand Order Status

To search for:

  • All requests that have been made by you, click the radio button next to My Orders, enter a value and date and click Search Orders
  • All requests that have been made by your organization's account, click the radio button next to My Group's Orders, enter a value and date and click Search Orders

The View Order Status list will display all of your requests for the specified username or account, with the most recent first. Click Print Page if you wish to print this information.

 Information shown in the Land Title Scan on Demand tab:

  • File Reference
  • Description: Your entry from the Order Scan on Demand page. This field will be blank if you ordered Scan on Demand using the Plan Search page or the Order Documents and Plans page.
  • Batch Reference number: Provided in the confirmation message when you place the order
  • Status of the request:
    • Requested: indicates a plan has been ordered successfully
    • Pending: indicates the order has been assigned to a scan clerk, and will be sent once the information has been successfully scanned
    • Delivered: indicates there were no problems with the order, and the results have been sent to your myLTSA Inbox and email if you have set forwarding options
    • Call Help Desk: indicates a failed order. Please contact myLTSA Technical Support at 1-877-577-LTSA (5872) (select option 2).

View Scan on Demand Order Status

Information shown in the Surveyor General Scan on Demand tab:

  • File Reference
  • Description: Entered during the order process.
  • Scan Order ID: Provided in the confirmation message when the order was received.
  • Status of the request:
    • Quote Pending: Awaiting the building and sending of a quote by the Surveyor General staff
    • Waiting For Information: Indicates Surveyor General staff have sent you a service quote, and they are waiting for your approval of the quote
    • Approved: Indicates that you have approved the order, and Surveyor General staff are completing the order
    • Fulfilled: indicates your order has been completed and the results have been sent to your myLTSA Inbox and email if you have set forwarding options
    • Cancelled: Indicates that the order has been cancelled
