This service is for developers and their agents to register pre-sales condo and strata developments.
Overview
This service is for developers and their agents to register pre-sales of condo and strata developments using myLTSA Enterprise. The first step is to Add a Development, then Add Assignments and File a Report.
Developments
Add details for the developer and development. Each phase within a strata development will need to be added as a development. You can also view previously filed Developments.
Assignments
Add assignment information details for the assignor and assignee. You can also view previously filed Assignments.
File Reports
You must file your report on a quarterly basis up until the final strata plan is filed with the Land Title Office.
