What is a Property Owner credential?
A Property Owner credential is a digital credential issued by the Land Title and Survey Authority (LTSA) through BC Property Connect. It can be used as proof of property ownership.
This credential enables property owners to quickly and securely verify ownership when completing property-related applications. It will soon be available for use in select applications with the City of Vancouver.
Who can get a Property Owner credential?
Any BC Property Connect account holder with a connected property may be issued a Property Owner credential.
