What is a Property Owner credential?
A Property Owner credential is a digital credential issued by the Land Title and Survey Authority (LTSA) through BC Property Connect. It provides a secure way to confirm proof of property ownership when applying for select property-related applications that require ownership verification.
It will first be available for select applications with the City of Vancouver. Support will expand over time to include more applications and municipalities across British Columbia.
Who can get a Property Owner credential?
Any BC Property Connect account user with a connected property may be issued a Property Owner credential.
