Why must I agree to the LTSA Enterprise Preauthorized Debit Agreement?

As outline in the LTSA Enterprise Preauthorized Debit Agreement, Financial Administrators must be signing officers on the bank account funding the deposit account since they authorize funds transfers. It is not possible to create or update a deposit account, enable automatic funds transfers, modify your automatice funds transfer parameters or manually transfer funds without agreeing to these terms in the LTSA Enterprise Preauthorized Debit Agreement.
