Why can’t I access a user’s details?

Only User Administrators can access and modify user details. For User Administrators, the user name will display as a link on the user list page.

Financial Administrators will see the name as read-only text. Financial Administrators can modify the View deposit account permission for a Search and Filing User by checking or unchecking the checkbox in the View Balance column on the user list page.

If you require a change to your permissions, please contact your myLTSA User Administrator.

You may need to logout and log back in to myLTSA Enterprise for new permissions to take affect.
