Why can’t I access a deposit account’s details?

Only Financial Administrators assigned to manage a deposit account can access its details and initiate and approve funds transfers. For those Financial Administrators assigned to administer a deposit account, the deposit account name will display as a link on the deposit account list page.

All other Financial Administrators and User Administrators will see the name as read-only text.

If you require a change to your permissions, please contact your myLTSA User Administrator.

You may need to logout and log back in to myLTSA Enterprise for new permissions to take affect.
