Who should I choose as Primary Contact?

The Account Initiator is initially assigned as the primary contact with your myLTSA Enterprise customer account. This person can change this assignment once they login to any User Administrator for your account.

The person designated as primary contact will be the first person contacted by myLTSA Technical Support if there are any questions or concerns about the account. As such, the designated contact should be someone who is well positioned to address such questions or concerns.
