You or your Financial Administrator must decide how many people are required to approve a funds transfer. See Manage Approvals.
For example:
- If a deposit account requires a single approval, then the Financial Adminstrator who initiates a transfer is also the one who approves it
- If an account requires two approvals then a second Financial Administrator must approve the transfer after the first one initiates it
For automatic funds transfers, approval is required only when automatic transfers are set up, not each time a transfer is initiated. See: Automatic Funds Transfers.
