Plan search is intended to assist you in being able to find plans and to verify them prior to purchase.
Search results are not guaranteed to identify all relevant plans. Owing to the nature of the historic data held by the LTSA, a small percentage of plans are not linked within the database to associated parcels. Additionally, a significant percentage of subdivided parcels are not linked within the database to associated primary parcels. The LTSA is researching the historic data in an effort to improve these linkages.
You are encouraged to use the plan search functionality but also to be aware that other methods of search may be required in order to identify all plans required for a particular project. These methods include, but are not limited to reviewing certificates of title, registered charge documents, and miscellaneous notes.
