In preparation for requesting your LTSA Enterprise customer account, you will need:
Your Organization's Legal Name. Please note any capitalization and symbols used.
Your Organization's Business Number. You will need the first 9-digits of your GST/HST number.
Information about the individuals you will assign as LTSA administrators and Search and Filing Users, including who will request your account. See Who should be the Account Initiator?. For each person, you will need their:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Type of username. You can choose an email address or create a unique user name. See How should I set a user's username?
- Desired Permission: User Administrator, Financial Administrator and/or Search and Filing User. See User Permissions and Roles.
Your organization's banking information or the administrator in your organization who can provide this. See Identifying Your Financial Institution Account information.
