What is considered a large package?

A large package typically contains more than 20 files or a single document with many inserted scanned pages, many natures of interest, many legal descriptions or a combination of those. The size and location of your files can affect how quickly your files are uploaded to EFS. Remote servers could also significantly impede upload speed.
