What can I do if my order has been processing for a long time?

It typically only takes a few minutes for an order to be processed, but some longer titles can take longer. 

To check the status of your order:

  • Navigate to the Order History page in myLTSA Explorer and refresh the page to get a status update on your order.  
  • Please be patient as some longer titles could take a few minutes to process.
  • If your order persists in Processing status for more than 30 minutes, please contact myLTSA Technical Support.
