What can I do if I did not receive my order by email?

Orders can be downloaded from both the order confirmation email and the Order History page within 7 days of its purchase date.

If you have not received your order by email:

  • Check your inbox's Junk Mail folder to verify that your order was not sent there. If this has occurred, add to your address book or safelist to ensure myLTSA Explorer emails reach your inbox.
  • Login to myLTSA Explorer¬†and navigate to the Order History page to download your order.
