You no longer need to prepare and attach a letter of withdrawal if you are the Solicitor or Notary Public or their employee acting on behalf of the applicant.
Instead, you can select the authorization option on the Request Withdrawal page confirming you are the Solicitor or Notary Public or their employee acting on behalf of the applicant. EFS will prepare and upload a withdrawal request letter for the application(s).
