A Plan Registration Advisory notifies a BC Land Surveyor when a plan associated with their Commission Number is registered in the land title office.
As a BC Land Surveyor, you have the ability to customize the delivery method for Plan Registration Advisory notifications or opt out of the service. An option to receive a copy of newly registered plans for the standard plan order fee with the notification is also available.
Access to change a surveyor's plan notification options is only available to the land surveyor user. Other users may request plan numbers on behalf of land surveyors in their customer account but not set their preferences.
Set Your Preferences
From any page of the myLTSA's Electronic Services, rollover Administration in the navigation bar and click Surveyor Plan Notification Options.
Your Commission Number will be automatically displayed at the top of the page.
Select or unselect your preferred options:
- "I want to be notified when plans associated with my Commission Number are submitted to the Land Title Office."
- "I want to be notified when plans associated with my Commission Number are registered at the Land Title Office."
- "I want to receive a copy of the registered plan with each Plan Registration Advisory."
Click Save to complete.
A confirmation message that your preferences have been saved will be displayed.
