eStrataHub is coming to myLTSA Enterprise in mid-June 2021.

Owned by Access Point Information Canada (APIC), eStrataHub is a leading strata document ordering platform for multi-family communities, serving thousands of real estate agents, lawyers, and notaries. Starting in mid-June 2021, eStrataHub will be available on myLTSA Enterprise.

eStrataHub through BC OnLine is retiring

In Summer 2021, access to eStrataHub through BC OnLine will be retired.

myLTSA Enterprise customers who use BC OnLine for eStrataHub will be given instructions on how to access past orders made on BC OnLine through myLTSA Enterprise.

When will eStrataHub be available on myLTSA Enterprise?

Mid-June 2021.

Can anyone with a myLTSA Enterprise account use eStrataHub after it launches?

Yes. If you have a myLTSA Enterprise account, you will have access to eStrataHub. Payment for eStrataHub orders on myLTSA Enterprise will be through a myLTSA deposit account.

I use eStrataHub on BC OnLine. What do I need to know?

If you have a myLTSA Enterprise account, you will be able to access eStrataHub on myLTSA Enterprise starting mid-June 2021.

If you wish to access past orders made on BC OnLine through myLTSA Enterprise, you will need to complete a few simple steps to access past orders. We will share how to do this in mid-June. This process will need to be completed before the end of July when the service is retired on BC OnLine.

Will eStrataHub be available on myLTSA Explorer?

No. You will need a myLTSA Enterprise account to access eStrataHub. Please register for a myLTSA Enterprise account.
