All items ordered through LTSA are always delivered to your LTSA Account Inbox and will be sent to specified email addresses if you have chosen to set up automatic forwarding.

Manage Inbox Items

Access, open, retrieve, forward and delete items in your LTSA Account Inbox.

Inbox Retention

The retention period begins when the item has been delivered to your LTSA Enterprise Inbox. The item is removed from your Inbox once the retention period has expired.

Forwarding Options

Automatic forwarding provides an optional, alternative delivery method to deliver Inbox items.
