How do I correct when I accidentally entered the wrong financial institution profile name and the incorrect financial institution information was copied into the Form B?

1. Click the Institution Profile button again and re-select the correct profile.
2. Tab through the Section 4 fields and click Delete to clear the individual fields. 

Over-typing with blanks/spaces does not clear the field. It creates a field full of blanks which is still interpreted by Acrobat as valid character data.
