For myLTSA users, the email address used is the one registered to your myLTSA user account. If you wish to change that email address:

  • In myLTSA Enterprise, please contact the myLTSA User Administrator responsible for managing your account who can change it on your behalf
  • In myLTSA Explorer, please modify your account information by navigating to My Account and then Update My Account Information

If you do not have a myLTSA account, please send a request via the online form on the LTSA's website.
