If a copy of the title or State of Title Certificate is provided as evidence of the error then an updated title will be included with the Correction Advisory or a new State of Title Certificate will be issued. Where the correction is over many titles, a sample title(s) may be included with the Correction Advisory.
The Correction Advisory will be sent to your myLTSA Inbox and email depending on your forwarding options. It will be retained in your myLTSA Inbox for 30 days.
