LTSA uses Worldline as our payment processor. Credit card validation on myLTSA requires the following information:
- Name
- Card Number
- Expiry Date
- Card Verification Value (CVV)
- Postal Code
If your credit card is declined, please ensure the information you have entered is an exact match with the information that appears on your credit card. To confirm your postal code, please contact your credit card company to verify it matches the postal code they have on file.
For security reasons, LTSA does not have access to information on why a transaction has been declined.
Declined payments may appear as Pending or Preauthorized transactions on your credit card for up to 7 days before they are removed from your statement.
