How can I access the attachment contents in a forwarded email?

Each forwarded item will attach its available attachments to the email unless the item is a large file size.

If the attachment is large in size, the forwarded recipient must click the link to retrieve the attachment.

Recipients should first login to myLTSA Enterprise and then return to the email and click the attachment link to retrieve the attachment contents. You must belong to the same customer account as the sender to access the item.
