Submit package as Legal Practitioner

Completed web filing forms initiated within Web Filing are continued and submitted on the Electronic Filing System (EFS)

All E-Signed web filing forms will remain in E-Signed status even after submission on EFS

Web Filing has no visual notification that displays the Web Filing Package has been submitted to EFS

The Land Title Form C (Release) is used for this illustration


Upon completion of the web filing form, click Prepare Submission

The Submit Package to Land Title Office page on EFS appears with the web filing form(s) in Uploaded status

The Prepare Submission button can only be pressed once. The button then becomes the Go to EFS Package button. The button will just transfer you to your EFS package each time it is pressed

Click here if original EFS package is deleted


At this point you may continue to:


Submit package as Land Surveyor

Completed web filing forms initiated within Web Filing are continued and submitted on the Electronic Filing System (EFS)

All E-Signed web filing forms will remain in E-Signed status even after submission on EFS

Web Filing has no visual notification that displays the Web Filing Package has been submitted to EFS

The Surveyor General Renewal of Survey Monument form is used for this illustration


Upon completion of the web filing form, click Prepare Submission

The Submit Package to Surveyor General page on EFS appears with the web filing form in Uploaded status

Completed web filing forms initiated within Web Filing are continued and submitted on the Electronic Filing System (EFS)

All E-Signed web filing forms will remain in E-Signed status even after submission on EFS

Web Filing has no visual notification that displays the Web Filing Package has been submitted to EFS

Locate and navigate to your Web Filing Package


On the Package page the web filing form(s) display with E-Signed status. Click Prepare Submission

Download E-signed applications from web filing package

  • Navigate to web filing package
  • Click Manage Package, on the drop down click Download Package
  • On the Download Package page confirm the selected forms, click Download
  • Go to myLTSA Inbox, click on the link in the inbox item to download the zip file containing the web filing forms

Create package to the appropriate submission body (LTO, SG)

Upload the downloaded web filing forms into the EFS package

  • Extract the contents of the zip file into a folder
  • Click Add Files, navigate to correct folder and upload the web filing forms into the EFS package
