What can I do if I did not receive my order by email?

Orders can be downloaded from both the order confirmation email and the Order History page within 7 days of its purchase date.

If you have not received your order by email:

  • Check your inbox's Junk Mail folder to verify that your order was not sent there. If this has occurred, add DoNotReply@ltsa.ca to your address book or safelist to ensure myLTSA Explorer emails reach your inbox.
  • Login to myLTSA Explorer and navigate to the Order History page to download your order.
